NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOW TO PLAY: Look inside specially-marked packages of Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape. If you find a free-standing game piece within the package, you are a winner (subject to verification)! Winning messages read “Congratulations!” and describe the prize won. If you do not find a game piece, you are not a winner. The game begins on or about 3/01/04 and is scheduled to end 10/30/04 or when game piece supply is exhausted, whichever occurs first. 2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: You may obtain a Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape “Rule the Rides” Instant-win Game Piece without purchase by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope (VT residents need not affix return postage) to: Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape Game Piece, P.O. Box 8419, Dept. HB, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Requests must be postmarked by 10/30/04 and received by 11/07/04 and will be honored while supplies last. Limit one request per outer envelope, one game piece per request. No postage metered requests, photocopies or mechanical reproductions of requests will be accepted. If game piece received by mail-in request contains a prize message, you are a winner of the indicated prize, subject to verification. 3. PRIZES AND ODDS: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Tickets for you and your parent/legal guardian and up to seven (7) guests (and a parent/legal guardian of each guest who is a minor) to the Six Flags Theme Park, nearest your home, as designated by Sponsor. A maximum of sixteen (16) tickets will be awarded per prize. Prize includes “VIP” tour of park including access to rides without waiting in line, $800.00 in vouchers to be used by winner and guests for meals, games, and merchandise in the park and $250 cash for winner. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Prize does not include transportation to/from Six Flags Theme Park, nor does it include hotel accommodations. All other expenses, including transportation to/from Six Flags Theme Park, meals, gratuities and any and all expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to structure date of Six Flags prize and Six Flags destination at its sole discretion. Prize must be used by 10/30/05 or it will be forfeited in its entirety. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,370.00 each. Odds of winning: 1 in 4,193,360. One Thousand (1,000) First Prizes: Four (4) tickets to any Six Flags Theme Park located in the United States through the 2005 season. Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. ARV: $160.00 each. Odds of winning: 1 in 20,967. Five Thousand (5,000) Second Prizes: Instantly redeemable coupon good for one (1) free pack of Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape. ARV: $1.39 each. Odds of winning: 1 in 4,194. Total ARV of all prizes: $183,800.00. No prize substitutions, in whole or in part, are available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize be unavailable at the time of prize award. Sponsor reserves the right to award cash in lieu of prize at its sole discretion. 4. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: If you have a Grand Prize winning game piece (subject to verification), hand-print your name, address, city, state, ZIP, age and day-time phone number on a 3” X 5” piece of paper, sign your name across your original winning game piece, place it in secure packaging and mail to: Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape Prize Claim, P.O. Box 8505, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Grand Prize claims must be postmarked by 12/31/04 and received by 1/07/05. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be given. You may wish to retain a photocopy for your records. Winning submissions must be verified by Promotion Activators, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to the game. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery; proof of delivery does not constitute proof of a winning submission. Any game piece that is tampered with, illegible, forged or mutilated to prevent verification, contains printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors or is not obtained legitimately will be deemed null and void and may not be redeemed for prizes. If, due to a printing or other error, the number of prize claims received exceeds the intended number of prizes at any prize level (as stated herein), such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all such prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the number of prizes stated herein. Liability for game pieces containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement with another game piece, while supplies last. All prize claims become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Non-winning submissions will not be acknowledged. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or postage-due mail, requests or prize claims, so you may wish to send your potential winning game piece via certified mail, return receipt requested and retain a photocopy for your records. Allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of prizes following receipt and verification. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. First Prize game pieces can be taken directly to any Six Flags Theme Park in the United States and redeemed there, by presenting and giving game piece to authorized park personnel. First Prizes must be redeemed at Six Flags Theme Park by 10/30/05. Second Prize winning game piece can be taken directly to a participating location where the product is sold and redeemed there, by presenting and giving game piece to authorized store personnel. Second Prizes must be redeemed by 12/31/04. 5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families or household members of each. For purposes of these rules, “immediate families” means parents or legal guardians, spouses, siblings and children. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 6. GENERAL: Grand Prize will be notified of prize verification by mail. Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 21 days of notification (first attempted delivery). Guests accompanying Grand Prize winners must sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release at least 21 days prior to visit to Six Flags Theme Park. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. If a guest is a minor, a parent or legal guardian, who must sign any required documents, must accompany them. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in winner’s name to a parent/legal guardian of winner who must execute and return any required documents as noted previously in these rules and accompany winner to Six Flags Theme Park. If a First Prize winner is a minor, a parent/legal guardian must accompany him/her to park and must present winning game piece to park personnel. Guest(s) accompanying First Prize winner, if minor(s), must also be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Acceptance of any prize constitutes parent’s/legal guardian’s permission to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements made by winner about the promotion and/or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state or other taxes on the prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility. By accepting prizes, winners and their parent/legal guardians release Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents including, but not limited to Promotion Activators, Inc., from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in prize-related activities, including travel to/from and attendance at Six Flags Theme Park. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate any of the official rules or attempt to interfere with the promotion in any manner. 7. WAIVER: By entering this promotion, participant waives all rights under any circumstances, to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter. 8.
